QGI is an independent, privately held AI company. Dr. Sam Sammane founded it and leads it as Founder & CEO.
What QGI builds
Quantum General Intelligence Inc. builds end-to-end deterministic AI for financial services and insurance. The thesis: an AI decision in a regulated workflow, such as a mortgage, a claim or a KYC case, has to replay identically against the evidence that produced it.
At the center is the QAG Engine, a Chunkless RAG system that reasons over whole documents instead of the fragmented retrieval of classic RAG pipelines. Q-Prime, QGI's quantum-structured embedding model, is published on Hugging Face.
QGI's press room now presents its commercial products as QGI Studio, QGI Finance and QGI Private AI, with the QAG Engine and Q-Prime as core technologies inside them. QGI Studio is the AI agent workspace built on the QGI engines.

Founder & CEO
Dr. Sam Sammane founded QGI and leads it as Founder & CEO. He holds a PhD in Nanotechnology (formal verification and automated reasoning), Université Joseph-Fourier-Grenoble I, 2005.
He is also CEO of TheoSym, a Forbes Technology Council member and the author of The Singularity of Hope.
